Team Building 2014 – The spirit of solidarity is timeless.

From 29th to 30th, September 2014, BTP Holdings Corporation held the Team Building program at Son Tinh Camp – Đong Mo – Son Tay – Ha Noi. About 250 officers and employees of the Group in the North joined this program. This was an opportunity for all employees in the Group to be coherency, in harmony together, to build the company’s culture. While creating a useful, meaningful playground for them to restore physical and mental health, learning opportunities, exchange and more intertwined.
This is an annual activity of the Group with a desire to build a connected environment between vertical department and the staff, while creating a useful and meaningful playground to enhance teamwork through exchange activities and group games.
Mr. Do Thanh Bien (IT Expert of the Group) said: “The Company has carefully prepared program. The members are very happy to learn, interact, share more experience in the job. This helps for the departments and branches in the provinces to be closer. “

Employees participate in Team Building
Join the program, administrative officials and employees of different departments have the opportunity to exchange and learn from each other.After the program, employees had lunch at Son Tinh Camp and participated the Team Building.
Games such as “Speedy footsteps” or “Four horses chasing” require agility, intelligence and high team spirit.
People are eager and more united through the group games.
Staff took a lot of pictures with natural beauty, clouds, rivers of Dong Mo in afternoon sunlight.
From different regions, the members brought about the program a lot of fun, colors. After the program, they came home with joy of excitement, enthusiasm to work together for the sharing career.
